Family Apartment

Our lakeside family apartment has stunning bedroom and lounge views looking out over Derwent Water and the surrounding mountains. The apartment has one double bedroom and two twin rooms one of which has en-suite shower room and wc facilities. There is also a family bathroom which has a large corner bath, overhead shower, basin and WC.

You’ll also find a fully equipped kitchen-diner with seating for 6 around the table, and a spacious lounge with views over the lake for those relaxing moments at the end of the day. There is a patio area to the front of the apartment where you can sit out and relax, a real evening sun-trap.

Please bring your own towels & toiletries, the beds will be freshly made up for you on arrival.

One well behaved dog per apartment is very welcome at a charge of £10 per stay, further dogs are by arrangement.

Storage of 1 kayak per person or 1 dinghy per apartment is complementary for the duration of your stay with us, any additional boats are by arrangement only.

We offer a 10% discount on any pre-booked Marina activities.

Our apartments are non-smoking, and we ask anyone using an electronic cigarette to do so outside too.

The apartment will be available from 4:00pm on the afternoon of your arrival and we would request that you vacate by 10:00am on the day of your departure.

If you are arriving outside of our office hours 9am to 5:30pm, please let us know in advance and we will leave a key out for you!
