Our lakeside family apartment at Derwent Water Marina has stunning views out across the lake and down into the Borrowdale Valley.  Enjoy your morning coffee looking at at the magnificent lakeland fells of Skiddaw,  Blencathra, Helvellyn, Walla Crags and Catbells to name a few.

The apartment consists of one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms one of which has an en-suite shower room and wc facilities. There is also a family bathroom which has a large corner bath, overhead shower, basin and WC.   You’ll also find a fully equipped kitchen-diner with seating for 6 around the table, and a spacious lounge with views over the lake for those relaxing moments at the end of the day. There is a patio area to the front of the apartment where you can sit out and relax, a real evening sun-trap.

Information

  • Please bring your own towels & toiletries, the beds will be freshly made up for you on arrival.
  • An extra bed/cot for a small child is available at £5 per night
  • One well behaved dog per apartment is very welcome at a charge of £10 per stay, further dogs are by arrangement.
  • Storage of 1 kayak per person or 1 dinghy per apartment is complementary for the duration of your stay, any additional boats are by arrangement only.
  • We offer a 10% discount on any pre-booked Marina activities.
  • Our apartments are non-smoking, and we ask you also not to use an electronic cigarette inside.
  • The apartment will be available from 4:30pm on the day of your arrival and we request that you vacate by 09:30am on the day of your departure.
