Kong Adventure
If you are looking for all weather action, Kong Adventure is the place to go, with a host of indoor activities which include: Children’s hard play and soft play area, roped climbing and bouldering, Indoor caving system, complete with U bends, crystals, stalactite and stalagmites. The cafe serves tasty espresso coffees and delicious hot and cold food, it is an ideal place to either watch your children play or climb, or for you to rest after an activity.
Honister Slate Mine
The highest, coolest inside and outside Mountain Adventure in The Lake District. Go on the award Winning tours of the last working slate mine in England; or for the more adventurous there is the subterranean Climb the Mine using rope bridge crossing ladder ascents; Via Ferrata Classic or Xtreme; or cross the Infinity bridge. Or just have a relaxing cuppa in the ‘Sky Hi Cafe’.
Go Ape – Whinlatter
The multi-award winning and original forest adventure set high up in the canopy. Enjoy two to three hours in the trees, taking on zip wires, Tarzan swings, rope ladders and a variety of obstacles and crossings. FOREST SEGWAY – Cruise and explore the forest floor. Jump on board one of our all-terrain Forest Segways for an hour long totally unique adventure.
